Guestbook Customer Service Training
Getting repeat customers was the goal of the training initiative. Servers were encouraged to get to know their guests and then would record those facts in their Guestbook. At the end of each shift, a manager signed off on each server’s Guestbook. As friend lists increased, servers were eligible for awards. An obvious nod to early FaceBook design was used as the jumping-off point.
